Fixings:

For Marination:

½ kg chicken bosom

3 Lemon juice

Salt to taste

For Coating:

1 container flour

1 tsp salt

1 tsp Paprika

1 tsp Ajinomoto

1 tsp Mustard powder

1 tsp White pepper

½ tsp Cinnamon powder

Bread pieces

2 Egg

Milk

Cooking Method:

For marination include bosom filet in a vessel and include lemon squeeze in it and abandon it aside for 1-1/2 hour.

For Steam:

Take container put 2-3 tbsp water furthermore put marinated chicken breast fillets and spread it and cook it on lower heat for 20 minutes.

For Coating:

Blend salt, flour, paprika, Ajinomoto, mustard powder, white pepper, cinnamon powder and bread.

Take an alternate bowl and beat 2 eggs and include a bit of milk and a squeeze of salt.

After that, take steamed chicken and plunge in egg and afterward come in flour.

Again plunge in egg and come in flour.

Heat the oil in a wok and profound sear till it gets brilliant tan.

The flavorful chicken bosom fillets are prepared to be served.
