1/2 mug mayonnaise
1/2 mug yogurt
1 tsp vanilla pith
1/4 tsp ginger (ground)
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
2 mugs chicken breasts (steamed)
2 mugs grapes (green seedless)
1 mug celery (cleaved)
2 mugs crisp pineapple
Consolidate all the greens fixings with the exception of pineapple in a vast dish.
Consolidate all the dressing fixings in a little bowl.
Spill the dressing over the mixed greens.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
To serve: Line a tray with a plantain leaf or a lettuce.
Place the pineapple shell on it.
Blend the slashed pineapple into the mixed greens.
Spoon the greens into the pineapple.
Serve and appreciate!
