• 3 cucumbers ¬†chopped
  • 3 cups yogurt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • a few leaves of green mint
  • a dash of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice


Preparation Method

  1. In a bowl, whip the yogurt, water, crushed garlic, salt and lemon juice well.
  2. Finely slice the cucumbers into cubes, add to the mixing bowl
  3. Put in the finely chopped green mint and salt, mix well
  4. Serve in small soup bowls as an appetizer.
