- 3 cucumbers chopped
- 3 cups yogurt
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- a few leaves of green mint
- a dash of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- In a bowl, whip the yogurt, water, crushed garlic, salt and lemon juice well.
- Finely slice the cucumbers into cubes, add to the mixing bowl
- Put in the finely chopped green mint and salt, mix well
- Serve in small soup bowls as an appetizer.
