6 cups yogurt
2 cups milk
Zest of 1 lemon
2 large fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 packet of vanilla sugar
12 Tbsp. of sugar
1.5 cup of hot water
Put eggs yolks with the milk, grated lemon peel and vanilla cream with sugar over steam cook.
The sugar is dissolved in hot water, add the freshly squeezed lemon and orange juice. For the cream gradually stir in the yogurt, lemon juice and the sugar. Also make sure that the yogurt is sufficiently cool.
The ice cream is managed at least one or two hours and placed in a large box.
Put two eggs white foam after two hours and stirred solution of the cream in the fridge.
After 5-6 hours, serve scooped in lemons.
