Slits Potato in Skin



2 Medium Potatoes
2 – 3 Garlic, finely sliced
30 g Butter
Chinese Salt
Ground Black Pepper


Preheat the oven to 220˚C . Put the potato on a slicing board, flat side down. Start from one end of the potato, cut all the way from side to side.
Assemble the potatoes in a baking tray and add the garlic in between the cuts. Toss some butter on each potato. Then smidgen some Chinese salt and ground black pepper.

Bake the potatoes for about 40 minutes or until the potatoes turn crunchy and the skin is soft.
