Lately I met some Turkish people and found them very loving and interesting so thought to write for them about their cuisines.
Here is a a very easy and delicious recipe.
2 cups Milk
2 tbsp. Wheat starch
¼ cup Rice flour
1 ¼ cup Water
½ tsp. Salt
Bring the milk, sugar and salt to boil in a pan. In the meantime put the corn starch and rice flour in a bowl and mix in water. Transfer this blend into the hot liquid, beating with a whip to avoid lumps. Rumble until the mixture thickens, moving continuously. Pour into serving bowls.
Turkish milk pudding is ready to serve.Turkish Milk Pudding
Serve it when chilled.
